The opportunity:

 

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Systems and Compliance Administrator – Load Carrying & Fleet will see you join a collaborative and experienced Product team who pride themselves on high quality output. 

 

This role is integral to the overall success and efficient operation of Pedders programs, particularly our Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), LoadRyder and Weight Matrix programs. You will provide professional administration of the systems and processes to ensure compliance with our regulatory and stakeholder obligations, as well as support our stakeholders with a strong customer focus. 

 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Maintain the quality assurance system database.
  • Ensure systems and processes provide timely and accurate data.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure programs are managed appropriately.
  • Support the GVM program with Government approval updates through audits.
  • Liaise with suppliers, outlets, and regulatory authorities. 

 

This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Dandenong South. Once you are trained in the role there will be the option to work Mondays and Fridays from home.

  • Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential.
