Pedders Training Program
Pedders is proud of the reputation it holds in our industry as Australia’s number one suspension and brake specialist. With a market advantage based on our own team’s advice, service, trust and expertise, our national technical training program is of pivotal importance to upholding our reputation. The Pedders Training Program is designed around the central elements of a store’s operation including product knowledge, technical fitment, management, sales and customer service. All Pedders store-based employees attend and complete all of the relevant training courses available. We are proud of the training we provide our people and constantly update and improve our training based on new product and service offerings, market demands and participant feedback.
