The Opportunity
We’ve had an exciting opening come up at our South Morang store location and are on the lookout for two technicians / automotive mechanics to join us.
Our South Morang store team members take a lot of pride in the work that they do. In this full-time role you’ll play an important part in delivering a high-quality service in a role that is interesting and varied.
There are many career progression opportunities available to Technician’s at Pedders and in fact in the past our Technician roles have proved to be a great breeding ground for talent and many of our team members today have been involved in the technician space.
Key Responsibilities
• Wheel alignment
• General repair of suspension and steering components
• Brake repairs
• Fault diagnosis
• Moderate electrical installations including towbars
• Liaise with customers

What You Bring To The Team
• Experience as a Mechanic and/or Brake Technician
• Have worked across different vehicle makes and models
• Full drivers’ licence with ability to drive manual
• Strong verbal communication skills
• A team player with attention to detail
• Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (preferred)
• Experience in basic wheel alignment (preferred)
