The Opportunity
We are currently seeking full-time Production Team Member to join our manufacturing plant, assisting in the production of automotive coil springs in our fast paced and safety-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities
Working 4 days a week, you will be responsible for assisting in all areas of coil spring production, which includes:
- Following production guidelines and specifications and maintain manufacturing process records
- Manual handling of heavy metal springs using a grinding machine
- Testing and powder-coating of springs
- Being safety-conscious and maintaining a clean workstation, equipment, and production floor.
- Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials.
- Assist in the packaging and dispatch of goods produced.

What You Bring To The Team
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the metal industry with use and maintenance of heavy machinery preferred (with MIG welding exposure highly regarded)
- Exposure to repetitive work in a high-volume environment
- Attention to detail and deadline focused
- The ability to working both independently and collaboratively.
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Physical capacity to safely lift heavy items, and the ability to wear PPE for the duration of your shift.
