The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate our supply planning, purchasing, inventory control and supplier activity both domestically and internationally within Pedders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supply planning of Pedders Suspension products to meet sales demand and customer expectations.
• Execute purchasing activities, including demand planning, DRP optimisation, and raising purchase orders through the ERP system (Pronto).
• Develop and support supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient product supply.
• Monitor inbound shipments, maintain stock visibility, update ETAs, and liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure supply continuity.
• Optimise inventory levels, safety stock, and product availability across warehouses while minimising stock holding costs and mitigating supply risks.
• Analyse supply chain performance, maintain ERP data integrity, communicate supply updates to stakeholders, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

What You Bring To The Team

• Qualifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management is desirable but not essential
• 5 years’ experience working within a supply chain position, ideally with a specific focus on planning and purchasing
• Possessing analytical skills with a preference for attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to swiftly adapt your problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills and effective relationship management
• Software proficiency in the MS office suite (with intermediate capabilities in excel), plus Pronto or similar ERP systems

While we are open to applications of varying experience, your application will be highly regarded if you have had experience in a similar position or are in a supply chain coordinator role and keen to step up for a new challenge.
