The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Product department to be based in either one of our office locations in Melbourne or Brisbane.

Reporting to our Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritising new brake and suspension products to bring to life and project managing their development from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product and services portfolio across its lifecycle
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities, supporting forecasting, and influencing sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to develop effective product solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Lead and monitor new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Support the growth in both domestic and export markets in collaboration with sales and distributor partners
• Track and report on sales and margin performance, including market trend analysis
• Support pricing strategy development, product rationalisation, and inventory optimisation to improve commercial outcomes
• Ensure product quality standards are met, including identifying root causes of issues and communicating quality controls

What You Bring To The Team

• 5+ years’ experience in brand or product management, ideally across diverse product ranges (automotive experience highly regarded)
• Strong project management capability, with experience delivering multiple concurrent projects
• Commercially astute with proven ability in strategy development, pricing, and sound decision-making
• Highly analytical with strong numerical reasoning and experience in market research and performance analysis
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, with a results-driven approach
