The Opportunity
Pedders is currently seeking an Events, Partnerships & Activations Manager to join our Marketing team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Senior Executive – Brand and Marketing, you will lead our events and partnerships strategy, driving brand growth, engagement and commercial outcomes.
Fuel excitement and drive brand visibility by overseeing our presence at Australia's most celebrated automotive and lifestyle events, from adrenaline-fuelled Supercars to leading 4x4 and adventure exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national events and partnerships strategy to support brand, commercial and business objectives.
- Lead the delivery of trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, customer events and corporate activations.
- Manage event logistics, suppliers, budgets, assets and resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships and industry relationships that enhance brand visibility and growth.
- Evaluate new partnership and sponsorship opportunities, providing commercially focused recommendations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring contractual obligations and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop integrated activation campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
- Measure and report on event and partnership performance, ROI and commercial outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
- Ensure governance, compliance and brand standards are maintained while driving innovation and continuous improvement across all programs.

What You Bring To The Team
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management or a related discipline is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in events, sponsorships, partnerships, brand activations or marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success managing complex events, commercial partnerships and sponsorship programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, ROI measurement and value creation.
- Experience negotiating and managing supplier, agency and contractual relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute event and partnership strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Strong project management, analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems.
- The ability and flexibility to work occasional weekends and travel, as required
