The Opportunity

Here at Pedders we are on an exciting digital transformation journey, seeking to enhance how our digital products, platforms and services provide meaningful customer experiences. We’re on the lookout for a creative, data-driven individual to play a key role in contributing to this journey.

 

As the Digital Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of digital marketing initiatives, coordinating and optimising our digital products and services. Effectively collaborating between vendors and teams, you will support the development and improvement of Pedders’ digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital product coordination: coordinate the development and implementation of new software applications as well as update current platforms and digital products.
  • Bespoke website management: oversee the management of the company’s bespoke websites across B2B and B2C, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand’s messaging and goals.
  • Websites and Marketing Automation: lead the marketing team in ensuring that  of the recently launched B2C and B2B Pedders websites are maintained both in terms of content and functionality.
  • Marketing Automations: Use our EDM platform (DotDigital) to generate leads and create demand from both current and prospective customers through marketing automations.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Manage data collection tools and analytics platforms, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting e.g. Google Analytics 4, to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Collaborate with different internal departments and manage productive relationships with external vendors and agencies.

What You Bring To The Team

  • A relevant qualification such as Digital Marketing, Web Development etc. or proven industry experience.
  • Knowledge of software and web development methodologies and frameworks, version control systems, content management systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, DotDigital), and web design principles.
  • Demonstrated digital marketing experience, particularly involving optimising websites, understanding user behaviour, and analysing data to improve online performance.
  • Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret, present and utilise digital metrics and data.
  • Project management experience, particularly with software or web development projects.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
