The Opportunity
An opportunity has opened up within our product team for an Automotive Compliance Administrator to join us here at Pedders Suspension and Brakes. Based at our support office in Dandenong South, this role will play an integral part in the compliance administration required for vehicle upgrades for Pedders customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of both state and federally controlled vehicle upgrade applications (Gross Vehicle Mass, Braking, On-board Weight Scales)
- Administering compliance support to all stakeholders.
- Preparing and submitting invoices to key national account.
- Electronic maintenance of our quality assurance systems database.
- Ensure systems and processes are maintained to provide timely and accurate data
- Liaise with suppliers, outlets, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure programs are managed appropriately.
- Assist in the planning, co-ordination, and execution of company participation in or at industry events as required.

What You Bring To The Team
- Computer literacy with strong capabilities across the MS Office suit (Excel, in particular)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Prior automotive compliance experience is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong administration skills
- Capability to work autonomously
