The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join an established store in a brand-new team as we are on the lookout for an Automotive Assistant Store Manager to join our Brookvale location.  

In this full-time role you will support coordinating the day-to-day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity to deliver high quality customer experiences and to meet store targets. Some of your duties will include.

• Provide support to the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.
• Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on-time customer delivery.
• Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow. 
• Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop. 
• Perform vehicle repairs as required.

What You Bring To The Team

• Certificate III Automotive (Mechanical – Light Vehicle). 
• Current, full Drivers Licence
• Demonstrative experience in automotive suspension repairs, components, and operation.
• Experience in leading or managing people and fostering a positive culture.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to coordinate workshop tasks and perform jobs efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills.
